Premises Licences and Hearings
We are an experienced company that applies for premises licences throughout England and Wales.
We also represent applicants at licensing hearings and our fees are very competitive and if you use us to make the application then the hearing fee is usually results only.
If you are facing a hearing but did not use us to make the original application please feel free to contact us for a competitive quote as we may be able to do it on a results only fee.
Representation for Review Hearings
If you are facing a review hearing we are also able to represent you.
Trent Licensing and Training Services have developed a staff training programme with regards to alcohol sales. This is based on many years experience.
Most Trading Standards Departments and Police now insist that all new premise licences include conditions that a staff training programme is in place and that this is updated every three months.
Fire Risk Assessments
As you may be aware all licensed premises must have a written fire risk assessment with evacuation plans and log book under the REGULATORY REFORM (Fire Safety) Order 2005. All staff used to conduct these assessments must be trained by FIRE BRIGADE staff.
